Step back in time to the late 60s with this mesmerising tribute to the eclectic music of the Doors, considered one of the most authentic and entertaining Australian tribute shows.

Bayldon Ag Queanbeyan Show
Queanbeyan Showground, Queanbeyan
Full of exciting events for all the family, this year’s Queanbeyan show will play host to free entertainment, such as Crocodile Encounters and a Farmyard Nursery. Saturday night, Shannon Noll will entertain the crowds, followed by a striking fireworks display.

Majors Creek Festival

The annual, three-day folk and roots music festival returns to Majors Creek again this November. Featuring a full kids’ program, dance displays and classes, instrument workshops, sessions, bush dances and five stages of music, there’s something for everyone at Majors Creek Festival.

Queanbeyan Racecourse, 52 McCrae St
Kryptonite Challenge brings K-9 Ruff Mudder into town. A fun-filled event for dogs of all shapes and sizes, featuring an exciting obstacle course for you and your pooch to have a go at.

American sculptor, painter, printmaker and goldsmith Cheryl Anne Lorance will exhibit her enchanting new pastels and drawings from her Wanderlust Series at Braidwood’s charming Fyre Gallery.

Tim Snowdon – Still Life
Suki & Hugh Gallery, Bungendore
Best known for his ‘unstill’ approach to still life themes, Tim will present an impressive body of work which has been almost two years in the making in his first solo in 20 years.

Evergreen Ensemble
St Andrew’s Church, Braidwood
Enjoy virtuosic arrangements of Scottish-Australian music by Edinburgh fiddlers, Tasmanian Strathspeys played on baroque violin and beautiful songs from the Hebrides and 19th Century Australian piano music.

Waiting in the Wings
The Q Performing Arts Centre, Queanbeyan
This tribute to theatre, written by Noël Coward, is set in the Wings, a retirement home for actresses. Coward’s quirky, fiftieth play is an ode to living life with humour and courage.

Braidwood Airing of the Quilts
Wallace St, Braidwood
One of Braidwood’s biggest festivals is back once again! Hundreds of quilts will adorn the main street of Braidwood, with indoor and outdoor exhibitions and quilt and craft markets also taking place across the two days.

Bungendore Quilt Exhibition
