What is ATDW?
The Australian Tourism Data Warehouse (ATDW) is an online database that stores information about your business, location, opening hours, contact details, products and services and much more. You are able to load your own images and video content.
Most importantly, for tourism-related businesses in NSW, an ATDW listing is completely free.
What is Get Connected?
Get Connected is Destination NSW’s name for the ATDW listing program.
Why is it important to be listed?
Having an up-to-date ATDW listing is the first requirement to participating in Visit Queanbeyan-Palerang and Destination NSW marketing activities. If you don’t have an accurate listing, we don’t have accurate content available for promotion.
Once you have a listing, it will automatically flow through to receive global exposure on websites including:
- treasuretrail.com.au
- visitnsw.com
- australia.com
Do I already have a listing?
The first step is to identify whether you have a current listing. Do this by searching for your business name on the Visit Queanbeyan-Palerang tourism website at treasuretrail.com.au. We take all of our business listings straight from ATDW. If you are unsure, email us and we will be able to assist.
What’s next?
If you do not have a listing, register on ATDW as a tourism operator. This will give you full access to your listing to update and edit at any time.
If you are having difficulties, the QPRC tourism team can create and manage a listing on your behalf. This can take several weeks; we will need to make staff available in our schedule and obtain all relevant text and visual content. Please contact us if we can assist.
If you do have a listing, there are two possibilities:
- You have created a listing previously – log in to ATDW. If you don’t have access, email us and we can point you in the right direction.
- QPRC is managing a listing on your behalf – we can continue to manage the listing, or we can transfer the listing to an account that you can access.
