Contentious Character and Blue Frog Truffles will again work together on delivering an amazing five course truffle dinner, with an option for paired wines throughout the night.
An evening of entertaining delights has been planned, starting in the barrel room to set the scene with a special tasting by our winemaker, and including talks by Tom and Wayne on their experiences of farming and cooking with Truffles, plus a few contentious surprises are in store on the night.

Confit duck, truffled wild mushrooms, duck liver pate crouton
