Ready to eat your way around the world, dance to a new beat, or maybe just have a super day out in Queanbeyan Park?
Queanbeyan-Palerang Regional Council’s Queanbeyan Multicultural Festival is back ready to wow crowds and fill bellies and hearts for another year.
The main stage will feature dance acts from around the world and the standout hit for 2020, the Cultural Fringe area is back to allow people to explore, touch and connect with local cultural communities. Some of the favourites will also be back again, including yoga demonstrations, belly dancing, geocaching workshops, origami, Indigenous Storytime and question Islam.
The Queanbeyan Multicultural Festival is one of the most warmly anticipated festivals on the region’s calendar and shows no signs of slowing down.
This year will also feature market stalls, sporting demonstrations, more craft activities for the kids and did they mention even more food!
People are encouraged to make a weekend of it in Queanbeyan by attending Music by the River on Saturday night, followed by a day of entertainment as part of the Multicultural Festival and Shaannons Wheels Car Show on the Sunday.
