Victoria Pearce is the senior conservator from Endangered Heritage. Victoria started her business after the Duffy fires and then moved to the Queanbeyan Palerang council region and remembers the 2019 fires and their impact again on friends and neighbours. She is passionate about helping people to identify and plan for the most valuable items in their home. With careful planning even loss from fire can be made less traumatic and there are even ways some items thought lost can be recovered.
During this talk, we will cover the identification, documentation, pre-packing and planning for how you can best leave in an adverse event and not be held up worrying that you do not have the most significant things. There will be loads for time for questions.
