The highly anticipated Dine & Discover NSW is finally here – and you have until the end of August to venture out, enjoy a meal and dig a little deeper on the Treasure Trail. Think delicious brunches at cosy cafes and piping hot pick me ups from the friendly local baristas, the authentic flavours of local Thai, Chinese, Italian and Indian restaurants, and the culinary experiences on offer at pubs and restaurants across Queanbeyan, Bungendore, Braidwood and the surrounding villages. For all you need to know to get started with dining and discovering, take a look at our list of participating businesses in Queanbeyan-Palerang below, grab your vouchers and head out on the Treasure Trail.
For the most up-to-date information on participating businesses, visit the Service NSW website.
Dine & Discover is a NSW Government initiative, encouraging local communities and NSW residents to get out and about to support dining, arts and tourism businesses across the state.
All NSW residents aged 18 and over can now apply for four $25 vouchers, worth $100 in total. The two $25 Dine NSW Vouchers can be spent at registered COVID-safe cafes, restaurants, pubs or clubs, and the two $25 Discover NSW Vouchers can go towards participating cultural institutions, live music and arts venues.
The vouchers are currently available in the Queanbeyan-Palerang area and valid until 31 August 2021.
If you are an eligible NSW resident aged 18 years or over, all you need to get started is a MyServiceNSW account, two proof of identity documents and the latest version of the Service NSW mobile app.
To apply for the vouchers, select the ‘Check your address’ button, followed by ‘Apply online’ if eligible. Then, simply log in, or create, your MyServiceNSW Account and follow the prompts to apply for the vouchers. If successful, you’ll find the vouchers under the ‘Vouchers’ section of the Service NSW App within an hour and you will also receive an email from Service NSW with the vouchers available to download and print.
Take a look at the map above to find all the participating businesses across the Treasure Trail. Once you’ve decided where you’d like to spend your vouchers, simply present the voucher you wish to use from your Service NSW app or as a print copy. Both options can be scanned by participating businesses, however you should keep in mind that you can only use one voucher once.
