Competition Period
The competition will commence at 0:01am 16th November 2021 and close at 11.59pm 16th December 2021 .
Entries
Entries will be uploaded on the next available business day and voting can occur as soon as they appear online.
Your display must include at least ONE object that has been UPCYCLED to be eligible to enter.
You must be a business owner or resident within the QPRC local government area (LGA) and your display must also be located within the QPRC LGA.
Ineligible Entrants
Queanbeyan-Palerang Regional Council Staff employed during the competition period within the Business & Innovation or Performing Arts & Culture teams are ineligible to enter.
Voting
Competition winners will be announced on Friday 17th December 2021.
This will be determined by the top five highest voted displays in the following categories:
The Riverside Plaza Community Prize winner will be determined through independent vote and awarded to 3x residential entrants from across the LGA.
Prize Details
Prizes will take the form of locally-sourced luxury hampers with accompanying gift vouchers from businesses based across the Queanbeyan-Palerang Regional Council area. The gift vouchers are valid for use at relevant businesses within the Local Government Area and cannot be redeemed for cash, please check each individual voucher for relevant expiry information. Once the Promoter has awarded the winners their prizes, all responsibility and future liabilities associated with the included gift vouchers will cease.
The prizes are to the value of $500 for business/organisation displays and $750 for the residential displays.
The Riverside Plaza Community prize will be in the form of 3x $500 Riverside Plaza Vouchers.
Valid at participating retailers within the Centre. T&C’s apply. EFTPOS only. Cards not redeemable at Coles, Liquorland, Smokemart or prescriptions from Priceline. 3-year expiry period from activation. Please note expired gift cards cannot be replaced. Should you require a gift card to be reissued Riverside Plaza Management will require the gift card number and pin to offer this service.

Winners will be notified by email and phone on Friday 17th December 2021.
Competition Winner Publication
Details of prize winners may, at the discretion of the promoter, be placed on social media platforms, webpages, print media and other platforms that the promoter deems appropriate. Published details may include name, likeness, image and/or video. The outcome of the draw will be available at treasuretrail.com.au/xmas.
